• To collect your keys upon arrival without delays, please inform us in advance of your arrival time.

Stay & Conduct

• The premises are intended exclusively for registered guests.

• Hosting parties or events is prohibited without prior approval.

• Please respect the quiet hours of the accommodation — common quiet times: 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00.

• Do not move furniture or equipment from their designated positions.

Smoking & Pets

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.

• It is permitted only in outdoor areas (balcony/courtyard), provided an ashtray is available.

• Pets are not allowed.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• The room is delivered clean and fully equipped.

• To maintain high standards, daily cleaning is provided and required.

• Please report any damage or malfunction immediately.

Safety & Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damages or losses within the premises.

• The accommodation is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.

• Before departure, ensure that all doors and windows are closed.
